Services

tektiv provides web design, development, SEO, AI search optimisation, and related digital services. All services are delivered by Loudly Loaded Corner Ltd.

Quotations & agreements

All quotations are valid for 30 days. Work begins once both parties agree on scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost in writing (email confirmation is sufficient). Changes to scope may result in revised timelines and costs.

Payment terms

Standard terms: 50% deposit before work begins, 50% upon completion prior to launch. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing required content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner. Delays in content may affect delivery timelines. Clients must have legal rights to all content provided.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the completed website and custom assets. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise. Third-party tools are subject to their own licences.

Warranty & liability

We correct bugs or defects reported within 30 days of launch at no cost. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 14 days' written notice. Client pays for work completed to date. We provide all completed assets upon termination.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
